New Feature: Our AI based Matching and Recommendation Engine

For all mentors and mentees we have integrated a new AI based Matching and Recommendations Engine. Try it out now.

We are excited to announce the launch of our enhanced matching and recommendation engine. We have spent the past few days working on a brand new approach that leverages AI to provide you with the best possible mentors and mentees.

Our recommendations are based on your profile text, your mentoring topics, and, in the case of mentees, your mentoring and development goals. To get the most accurate results, we recommend crafting a detailed profile text with as much information as possible. The more details you add, the less randomized your results will be. You can try it out now to see the recommended profiles listed as soon as you update your profile details.

For mentees, we will show a list of potential mentors whom you can contact via our chat. For mentors, we will recommend mentees so they can visit their profiles to book a session.

But that's not all. We have more exciting features coming up in the next few days, including an AI-based mentor search and an assistant to help you find your perfect match in a more conversational style.
